VFT 60/90
VFT 60/90 Laboratory scale
For heat treatment and drying of materials/substances
with high solvent content – for use in laboratory and production
The safe solution for your heat treatment and drying process. . .
Applications
In many areas of the chemical-, pharmaceutical-, paint and basic material industry often heat and drying ovens are
needed which must allow operation with an unlimited amount of combustible solvents inside the working chamber.
The drying oven VFT 60/90 of Vötsch provides with its safety concept of primary and secondary explosion protection measures for safe heat treatment processes.
The advantages
- Almost no restriction on the amount of combustible solvents in the working chamber (zone 1)
- Suitable for solvents with the temperature classes T1, T2, T3, T4 in the explosion groups II A and II B
- The equipment corresponds to the category 3, for use in zone 2
- Small footprint – also suitable for installation in laboratories
- Precise temperature uniformity in the whole work space
- User-friendly operation
All explosion protective measures are checked for technical safety and certified (Declaration of Confirmity, certificate No. TÜV 02 ATEX 1826 X).
For heat treatment of material used by the aerospace & defence industries, Vötsch Industrietechnik offers the appropriate ovens which fulfil the requirements of the standard AMS 2750 D.
